End Date: 4/10/2015End Time: 5:00 PM

Event Description:
Presented by the Health and Biomedical Law Concentration and MassNAELA.

If you were told to draft a trust, where would you begin? This program highlights the essential elements of drafting a “typical” trust, including: the meaning of each clause, which clauses you can add, and which clauses you shouldn’t change.

The program will hone your skills in drafting and amending trusts; review the essential differences between revocable and irrevocable trusts (beside the obvious); what are nominee trusts; powers of appointment; discuss when to use trust protectors; independent trustees; and more!
