Stephen Vladeck

As part of its Donahue Lecture Series, which brings the nations' top legal minds to speak at Suffolk Law, we welcome Professor Stephen Vladeck of American University Washington College of Law.  Vladeck's teaching and research focuses on federal jurisdiction, constitutional law, and national security law.  He is a nationally recognized expert on the role of the federal courts in the war on terrorism.  The topic of his talk is "Courts at War: Reassessing the Role of the Judiciary in National Security Litigation."
