Let’s kick off commuter appreciation week the right way with a luncheon. Mingle and get know your Commuter Ambassadors, and other commuter students while lunching on some yummy treats. Grab a snack to go, or stay, chat and play some games. We will have Jumbo Jenga and Corn hole! Learn about the rest of the programs OCHO has to offer you, and let us know what you would like to see on campus too. Come join us on a week that is all about YOU, the commuter.

2:30 PM - 7:00 PM Heritage Apartments Pasta Dinner
Students will be interacting with the elderly community living in supportive housing. Volunteers prepare, serve, and share a meal with the residents of The Heritage Apartments. Volunteers meet in Donahue 209 and travel together to the site. This opportunity is available to the first 4 participants who register through SUconnect.
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Bicycle Workshop
Location: Donahue Parking Lot (just past Donahue, on the left)

Have your bikes tuned and repaired for free and learn about biking safely in the city of Boston. Biking is a great way to stay active and conserve energy. Stop by to get safety advice and awesome giveaways.

Help serve meals at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul to those in need. Meet at the S.O.U.L.S. Center, Donahue 209, at 4:45 pm. This is a weekly opportunity limited to the first 5 volunteers who R.S.V.P. through SUconnect.

A.) College Students and recent college graduates (less than six months from start of internship) from all academic backgrounds are encouraged to attend. 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM NH/Uniform Bar Exam Info Session

A representative from the New Hampshire Bar Examiners will be here to provide interested students with information on the Uniform Bar Examination, which is now administered in New Hampshire.  The Uniform Bar Examination (UBE) provides students with a transferable bar exam score that may be used in any other UBE jurisdiction (14 at present) without the need to take another bar exam.

Location:  Suffolk University Law School, Room 235.

Open to current Suffolk Law Students only.

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Jazz Ensemble Auditions
The Jazz Ensemble is looking for new musicians to join their group! Jazz will hold auditions on Monday September 22 and 29 at 7pm. Please sign up for an audition outside of the Performing Arts Office (Donahue 409). At the audition please prepare a song to play, and you will be asked to sight read.
7:30 PM - 10:00 PM SBA Intellectual Property Club Meeting
Interested in IP Law?  Take advantage of this opportunity for both old and new members to discuss current IP issues in a casual environment and to foster a sense of camaraderie among current members of the club.
