Start Day Hispanic Heritage Month (Multi-Day Event)
Come join us for various educational and social events hosted by Suffolk University Hispanic Association and the Office of Diversity Services!
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Alternative Spring Break (ASB) Information Session

Are you interested in joining fellow Suffolk students for a week of service during your spring break? Over one hundred students will have the opportunity to travel to various locations across the United States to volunteer in communities of need. Attend an information session to learn more about the trips and how to apply. Donahue 220.

Join Suffolk University Hispanic Association and the Office of Diversity Services as we kick off Hispanic Heritage Month. Refreshments will be served.

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Food for Thought: Ray Rice and Domestic Violence

Please join us for a discussion about the domestic violence incident of Ray Rice, former Baltimore Ravens player,  and the reaction to the crime by police, the prosecutor, Janay Rice, the Baltimore Ravens organization  and the NFL.  The discussion will be facilitated by Jean M. Joyce-Brady, Director of Suffolk Counseling, Health & Wellness.

4:45 PM - 7:00 PM Monday Night Oasis Supper Club
Help serve meals at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul to those in need. Meet at the S.O.U.L.S. Center, Donahue 209, at 4:45 pm. This is a weekly opportunity limited to the first 5 volunteers who R.S.V.P. through SUconnect.
