All Day Day of Arafa

Islamic holyday: the Day of Arafa is when Allah revealed that Islam had been perfected as a religion and way of life, on the 9thday of the twelfth month (Dhul Hjia) of the Islamic lunar calendar. The Day of Arafa is the 2nd day of the Hajj when pilgrims go to Mount Arafat, where Muhammad gave The Last Sermon, and immediately precedes the major holyday Eid al Adha (Festival of the Sacrifice), which commemorates when Abraham fully submitted himself to Allah’s will by preparing to sacrifice Ishmael on the same mountain. Begins at sundown the day before.
