End Time 5:00 PM New Student Orientation Session - Shear Madness Early Arrival (Multi-Day Event)
Want to get something more out of your orientation than two days will allow? Then come a night early and participate in any of our Early Arrival Programs.

Named “best comedy of the year” by the Boston Globe for seven straight years, this play is a hilarious whodunit that gives the audience the chance to play detective. Set in a hair salon, Shear Madness is the longest running off-Broadway play in American theatre history.
End Time 5:00 PM New Student Orientation Session (Multi-Day Event)

Summer orientation is designed to provide all new, full-time undergraduates and their families with the best transition possible.  Our goals for the summer program are to:

  • Introduce to you life as a Suffolk student
  • Allow you to meet your future classmates
  • Assist you in selecting and registering for your fall courses

Our student orientation team has designed a two-day, overnight program to meet these goals and to make your transition to Suffolk as seamless as possible.  Please note that it is required for all students to stay overnight in the residence halls during orientation.

5:30 PM - 7:30 PM Career Services Volunteer Thank You Reception!

Thank you for volunteering with the Suffolk University Career Services Office! We appreciate your commitment to the success of our students and  this great institution. You have served on the Alumni Career Council, offered to be a job shadow sponsor, been on a career panel or program, done mock or informational interviews, or hired one of our students. Frankly, we couldn't do what we do, without you!

Please join us at a special reception to honor all of our career services volunteers!
