Are you curious about what Allyship actually is? Would you like to become a more involved supporter of social justice as an advocate? The Ally Institute is a fun and interactive workshop focused on analyzing microaggressions and the roles that they play in our society. Come look at not only what microaggressions are but interesting and effective ways to combat microaggressions in a campus setting. The Ally Institute creates a safe space free of judgment for those interested in learning more about diversity and the role they can play in changing social constructs in our university. Students of all identities are welcome to come and discuss the effects of microaggressions as well as how to create more inclusive environments in the Suffolk Community.
