8:30 AM - 8:30 PM Fine Arts Student Exhibition - Suffolk University Gallery
View an exhibition of cutting-edge work from our graduating Fine Arts BFA candidates. 
9:00 AM - 7:00 PM "The Mirror of Race: Seeing Ourselves through History"

The Adams Gallery at Suffolk University presents The Mirror of Race: Seeing Ourselves through History, a photography exhibit that challenges viewers to think about what they see when they look into this mirror onto an earlier time. Interactive elements suggest reflection about how one sees race – in oneself and in others.

The exhibit includes daguerreotypes, tintypes, ambrotypes and other forms of early photography as well as prints from tintypes made by an Air National Guardsman deployed to Afghanistan. Ed Drew’s modern-day tintypes are believed to be the first battle zone photographs using this method since the American Civil War.

Sara Danitz will give her clinical comprehensives on Wednesday, April 30, in the Small Conference Room (Donahue 625). Drs. Michael Basseches and Debra Harkins will serve as examiners. This event is not open to the public.
5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Higher Education Fair at the Riverwalk

Hosted by the Suffolk University MBA-North Campus, Northern Essex Center for Corporate & Community Education, and Cambridge College Lawrence Regional Center, the Higher Education Fair at the Riverwalk will allow prospective students to learn about the variety of innovative educational opportunities through the three institutions as well as to network with current students, alumni, faculty, and staff.
