Are you someone who is more naturally energized by interacting with people and the world around you, or by opportunities for reflection and attention to your own inner world of ideas? Are you looking for ways to communicate more effectively with others at work and at home? Exploring your own personality type through the lens of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) can help you better understand yourself and those you interact with every day. This knowledge can assist you in making work efforts more effective and enjoyable, and help to enhance all of your relationships. In this fun and highly interactive workshop you will explore:

Your preferred communication style

Your preferred work style

Your preferred decision-making style

Note: Completion of the MBTI assessment is a requirement for this session!
