The work of top illustrators from the United States, Canada and Italy is at Suffolk University’s Adams Gallery in an exhibition organized by the Illustration Program at the New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University. The exhibition shows original illustrations alongside their final applications, and each artist's work represents a different use of illustration.

A lecture by Prof. Israel Rolon-Barada.

Professor Israel Rolon-Barada will give a biographical perspective on the lives of Carmen Laforet and Ana Maria Matute, women of the post-Spanish Civil War era. Free and open to the public. The lecture will be in Spanish and English.

Located in the Sawyer Building, Classroom 324.

Mural created by the Commuter Ambassadors, contributions from Suffolk University commuter and off campus community.

Here at Suffolk commuting is a way of life and we love it! Students, faculty and staff trek from all over the Northeast to get here on campus. This mural is a tribute to all of the commuters and their contribution to this university! The wall will be a temporary art installation made by and for the Suffolk community to show how far we travel as well as what we like about being a commuter. The mural will be on display after Off Campus Student Appreciation week for the month of April.

To contribute to the mural stop by a Commuter Ambassador tabling Tuesday April 2, Donahue Lobby- 1:00pm-5:30pm, Wednesday April 3, Sawyer Lobby- 2:30-5pm and Thursday April 4, Donahue Lobby-2:00pm-5:00pm. Contributions will also be taken at appreciation week events or come to the Off-Campus Housing Office at 73 Tremont, 6th floor, to fill out a “Sweet Commute!” message.

5:30 PM - 8:00 PM Community Servings
Community Servings is a not-for-profit food and nutrition program providing services throughout Massachusetts to individuals and families living with critical and chronic illnesses. Community Serving's goals are to help their clients maintain their health and dignity and preserve the integrity of their families through free, culturally appropriate, home-delivered meals, nutrition education, and other community programs. Volunteers will be preparing and serving a meal. This volunteer opportunity is limited to the first 15 participants who R.S.V.P. through SUconnect. Volunteers will meet at the S.O.U.L.S. Center at 5:30.
Please note that no shorts or open toe footwear is allowed in the kitchen.
