The Culinary Lives of John and Abigail Adams: A Cookbook

Event Description:
Joins us for a Sawyer Library Speaker Series author talk & culinary sampling with Suffolk alumna Rosana Y. Wan (B.A. History, 2011)

Rosana Y. Wan received her B. A. with honors in history from Suffolk University in 2011.  She is a historian and independent scholar, interested in the American Revolution, 18th century culinary culture, and fine arts.  

Rosana was awarded the first John C. Cavanagh Prize in History at Suffolk University in 2011 and is a member of the Theta Lambda chapter of Phi Alpha Theta, the National History Honor Society. She is a former park ranger at Adams National Historical Park. She is a recipient of the 2014 Outstanding New Interpreter Award from the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR).

Cherry pie, strawberries, & lemonade from the cookbook will be served, along with coffee and tea.
