The Trial of Complex OUI Cases

Event Description
  • Enhance your knowledge of nuts and bolts of OUI trials. Emphasis on understanding and interpreting the arresting officer’s opinion as to impaired driving & latest technological advances of the chemical breath test.
  • Learn about the RMV’s consequences of an OUI conviction. 
  • A panel composed of experienced OUI litigators will also delve into the latest legal challenges in OUI cases.
