Event Description:

Ever tried to meditate but just not sure you’re doing it right, or never tried it but hear it works?  Rooted in Buddhism people of many religions participate for the benefits of learning how to manage stressful thoughts, feelings and daily life. Come to this meditation event to practice meditation techniques and learn how mindfulness can help you sleep better, eat healthier and exercise more regularly. Location:

Although suggested, you do not need to be a So Fit participant to attend this event (but if not you'll miss out on the opportunity to win great prizes).
