8:00 AM - 8:30 PM Graphic Design MA Student Exhibition - Suffolk University Gallery
Exhibition of thesis projects from MA in Graphic Design candidates. 
9:00 AM - 7:00 PM "The Mirror of Race: Seeing Ourselves through History"

The Adams Gallery at Suffolk University presents The Mirror of Race: Seeing Ourselves through History, a photography exhibit that challenges viewers to think about what they see when they look into this mirror onto an earlier time. Interactive elements suggest reflection about how one sees race – in oneself and in others.

The exhibit includes daguerreotypes, tintypes, ambrotypes and other forms of early photography as well as prints from tintypes made by an Air National Guardsman deployed to Afghanistan. Ed Drew’s modern-day tintypes are believed to be the first battle zone photographs using this method since the American Civil War. 

9:00 AM SPILG Annual Auction (Multi-Day Event)
SPILG’s biggest fundraiser of the year – and one of the highlights of Suffolk Law’s social calendar – is the SPILG Annual Auction. This year’s Silent Auction will be held in Sargent Hall from February 25-27 (all day long each day) in the Great Hall of the Law School.

The Live Auction will be held in the Function Room on February 27, starting at 6pm.

Did you realize that when your mind is stressing you out, it thinks it is helping you? It's merely trying to keep you safe and to protect you from what it perceives as danger. This session will teach you self-hypnosis, a completely natural way to relieve stress, and to take your control back.  You will not only walk away calm, confident and energized but also with techniques that will help you to succeed at anything in the future.

Although advised, you do not need to be a So Fit participant to attend this event (but if not you'll miss out on the opportunity to win great prizes).

Students will be interacting with the elderly community living in supportive housing. Volunteers prepare, serve, and share a meal with the residents of The Heritage Apartments. Volunteers meet in Donahue 209 and travel together to the site. This opportunity is available to the first 4 participants who register through SUconnect.

Who Am I to Judge?

James Carroll, distinguished scholar in residence, will lead a highly interactive discussion of Pope Francis' radical approach to the papacy. This event is part of the Ford Hall Forum series of public lectures. James Carroll published an article by the same name in the New Yorker in December.
