So Fit Wellness Program: Self-Hypnosis for Stress Management

Event Description:

Did you realize that when your mind is stressing you out, it thinks it is helping you? It's merely trying to keep you safe and to protect you from what it perceives as danger. This session will teach you self-hypnosis, a completely natural way to relieve stress, and to take your control back.  You will not only walk away calm, confident and energized but also with techniques that will help you to succeed at anything in the future.    

Location: 73 Tremont Street, Mildred F. Sawyer Library, 3rd Floor, Poetry Center

Although advised, you do not need to be a So Fit participant to attend this event (but if not you'll miss out on the opportunity to win great prizes).
