Moakley Breakfast "Recreational Marijuana in Massachusetts: Benefit or Curse?"

Event Description:

Implementation of recreational marijuana is a hot topic following appointments to the Cannabis Control Commission. The Moakley Breakfast Fall Forum will address Massachusetts' implementation of the new marijuana law through the panel discussion "Recreational Marijuana in Massachusetts: Benefit or Curse?"

Panelists

  • --DJ Napolitano, Senate President Rosenberg staff member and MPA student, representing the State Legislature.
  • --Timothy McCarthy, Boston City Councilor and recent MPA graduate, representing the Boston Mayor's office. He has visited Colorado to learn about that state's implementation.
  • --Jim Borgansani, advocate who spearheaded the Question 4 ballot initiative
