Food for Thought: Everyone Deserves a Home
Start Date: 11/6/2014Start Time: 1:00 PM
End Date: 11/6/2014End Time: 1:15 PM

Event Description:

“Everyone deserves a home - and everyone has a story.”

Mark your calendars for an enriching presentation filled with knowledge and compassion.

Kendra Hanlon from the Speakers’ Bureau, a program of the Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance (MHSA) and the National Coalition for the Homeless (NCH) will facilitate a discussion on homelessness. She will be joined by two currently, or formerly, homeless individuals who will share their personal stories.  Together we will explore the various ways that people could find themselves homeless, what options they have once they are, and what solutions MHSA is trying to implement to solve homelessness permanently.

Pizza will be provided.
