Give life to your ideas

Got a new product idea and want to know what to do with it? Meet Professor Bhatia during  “Innovation Hour” in his office to discuss going from Idea to Execution (I2E) .

Professor Sushil Bhatia is an Executive in Residence in the Management and Entrepreneurship Department. Bhatia is an innovator/inventor/entrepreneur holding several patents and has innovated and launched products like Glue Stic, DeCopier, convention badges, binding systems, labels, software, office, and other packaging products.


12:15 PM - 1:15 PM Race, Racism, and Privilege
The workshop will expand participants’ definitions of race and racism beyond Black vs. White by challenging the social construction of race and ethnicity and exploring how certain groups of immigrants “became white.” 

Participants will discuss how racism and privilege manifest in society through concepts such as internalized racism, horizontal racism, white privilege, and white guilt.

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM Home Away from Home Cookie & Coffee Hour
Join the members of Home Away from Home every other week for coffee, cookies, and conversation. This is an excellent way to keep in touch with your buddy throughout the semester and also get to know other members in the Home Away from Home program. Open to all students!
1:30 PM Stay Connected: Guess that Neighborhood (Multi-Day Event)
Listen to a series of popular sites and trademarks and guess which neighborhood we’re talking about. 
4:30 PM - 5:30 PM Christians Gathering for Justice
Join our Catholic chaplain as we reflect upon and discuss issues relating to justice and religion.

Open auditions for our main stage production in February. This year's show is a dark comedy set between Christmas and New Year, when everything that is wrong with your life comes to haunt you.
