Event Description:

Millennial Magic:
Embracing the Potential of a Generation

Tuesday, November 18, 2014
5:30 pm
Salvatore’s, Lawrence, MA

Presentation by John Vetere, MBA’89

The stereotypes and myths that surround the Millennial generation abound. The ramifications of these myths and stereotypes in the workplace, for both the Millennial employee and those who are charged with leading this generation, are not trivial. Great leadership crosses generational boundaries, and raising this next set of leaders is an imperative. Everyone has an opinion about what Millennials want out of their work, career, and life, but few get it right because stereotyping is so much easier. With humor and poignancy John will shed light on the workplace issues affecting Millennials, their co-workers, managers and leaders, and will challenge the myths and stereotypes. Join this important, interesting, and fun conversation.

There will be a networking reception following the presentation.
