Today, OCHO will have an information table in Donahue and Sawyer to help YOU stay connected with Suffolk and Boston’s arts and culture scene. Have you been to any of Boston’s wonderful museums? Want to go see a show but don’t know which one to pick? Looking for something different to do on your weekends? Worry no more because we are here to tell you all about it! While we’re at it, we will also be playing Tic-Tac-Toe. If you beat us, we will enter you into a raffle to win museum tickets and movie passes!
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM Community Discussion on U.S. Pretrial Programs & Resources
Increasingly, states are trying to reduce the large number of people held in pretrial detention (and the huge financial and social costs of doing so) while ensuring community safety.  Tim Murray, Executive Director of the Pretrial Justice Institute in Washington D.C., and Elizabeth Simoni, Executive Director of Pretrial Services in Maine, will discuss the development of pretrial programs and resources in the United States.

Location:  Suffolk University Law School | Function Room, First Floor

Join us for mindfulness meditation with Bryan Mendiola every Wednesday at 4 pm in the Interfaith Center (Donahue 540) !
4:45 PM - 7:00 PM Wednesday Night Paulist Center Supper Club
Help serve meals at the Paulist Center to those in need. Meet at the S.O.U.L.S. Center, Donahue 209, at 4:45 pm. This is a weekly opportunity limited to the first 5 volunteers who R.S.V.P. on SUconnect.
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Musicians' Network Open Meeting!
Come to the Musicians' Network Open Meeting! Meet other musicians, hear all about the Open Mic and sign up to perform at the Open Mic! Keyboards and drums will be provided if you want to jam out too. Enjoy free pizza!
5:30 PM - 7:30 PM Film Screening: White Like Me
Acclaimed anti-racist educator and author Tim Wise explores race and recism in the U.S. through the lens of whiteness and white privilege. #SU_Ally T-Shirts will be given away to the first 10 attendees. Pizza will be provided.

Massachusetts is the biotech hub of the nation. Students and faculty are welcome to come meet with local scientists in this speed networking event and find out more about working in the fast-paced world of biotech and pharmaceuticals. Free and open to all Suffolk affiliates; refreshments will be provided. Cosponsored by MassBio.
