It’s clear that competition in today’s business arena has grown by leaps and bounds and is becoming increasingly international. Set yourself apart by understanding the protocol and skills required to compete effectively in a growing global marketplace.

With many business meetings being held over meals, knowledge of global etiquette is necessary for anyone engaged in global business and exchange.

The importance of understanding other cultures and customs when doing business in the global market will be the focus of this session.
