Event Description:
The Government Department and the Communication & Journalism Department present a talk by Medea Benjamin, cofounder of Global Exchange & CODEPINK: Women for Peace.

In 2005, she was one of 1000 exemplary women from 140 countries nominated to receive the Nobel Peace Prize on behalf of millions of women who do the essential work of peace worldwide.
