11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Juxtapose: Art & Design Faculty
The theme of the exhibit is played out in the curation, that is, the juxtaposition of the work of one artist with another provokes a conversation between the pair. This will open up a different kind of dialogue with the viewer as well.  The notion of juxtaposition is one we all know well and use to make sense of what we encounter in our everyday lives. Artists of all kinds use this notion to create works that are both thought-provoking and evocative. This is a wonderful opportunity for the Suffolk community and the public to see the artwork of our Art and Design faculty which is as varied as the subjects they teach.

Opening reception Thursday, January 25, 5:30 – 7:30, Gallery talk 6 pm
