Event Description Suffolk University’s Madrid Campus is pleased to sponsor a special Suffolk community trip: the famous pilgrimage, El Camino de Santiago (The Way of St. James). Its many spectacular paths all converge on Santiago de Compostela, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Our program adopts a seven-day, 100-mile route that winds through picturesque villages and ancient cities in northwestern Spain. Although the pilgrimage had its roots as a Christian experience, it now attracts thousands of people from all over the world each year looking for adventure and a deeply personal spiritual journey.
We hope you’ll join us for this once-in-a-lifetime experience in Summer 2013. For more information, please visit www.suffolk.edu/camino and/or join us for this info session in the McDermott Conference Room, located on the first floor of Suffolk's Donahue building. |
